FDM, ABS components Style: Army Medical Medium: Plastic Copyright/Client: Cybernetics Subject Matter: Making it easy to apply tourniquets quickly under highly stressful war-time situations. Additional Information: Cybernetics came to Carl’s design team with a challenge “We need a tourniquet that can be applied easily in 15 seconds or less!” Carl and his team brainstormed this problem and came up with a tourniquet that can be applied in 3 seconds or less!
