Package Deal:

D111 - Infant /Juvenile Tabletop Licensed Design - $350 advance per concept chosen with 5% royalty on gross wholesale sales of the product.

Package Description:

Once you have completed a concept brainstorm and have chosen the concept that you would like to manufacture, you will need to have final production art for each concept chosen so that it is ready to be manufactured. This phase will give you the opportunity to license the design* of your favorite concept from the artist who created it. That artist will finalize your idea so that a prototype of your product can be made. This package is good for taking a single concept that you have chosen to final production art. $350 advance is due for each piece of final production art produced.

* Licensed Design: Arrangement in which a licensor (owner or creator of the artwork) grants the rights to the artwork to the licensee (person or company who wishes to use the art) on a specific product for a specific product category for a specific time period and for which, the licensor receives a royalty fee in return.

Includes:

Tight final production art that will be used on the product when it is manufactured. This includes:

• Color specifications or finished paintings, as needed.

• Elevation drawings, with exact measurements and model making instructions provided, if required by the model maker or the manufacturer.

• Exclusive usage rights internationally of the final production art in the Infant/Juvenile __________ (fill in whatever material is used for the product, ie: melamine or ceramic or metal etc) tabletop product category ONLY for a period of 3 years from the date of the signing of the ASAP Licensing Agreement.

Preparation:

One does not proceed to this Package until one has the final direction and look already approved by the earlier design processes. This stage is basically for taking what has already been accepted as an approved design and turning it into the technical art that the manufacturer needs.
