Concept B-Sheets

An A-Sheet is an engineering term for a very rough sketch of a 3D object. A B-Sheet is a more refined sketch of a 3D object or product. It is a term that is used often in the toy industry. Our experienced Creatives can present finished conceptual B-Sheets for products in development with plans, sections, PMS specs, metric specs, and multiple color-ways. A B-Sheet is of great assistance in allowing people to think through a 3D product before it becomes an official Control or CAD Drawing. Our B-Sheets can be detailed enough to go straight into Sculpting or Model Making. Techniques include digital ink, India ink, marker, gouache, pencil, and more. We also create B-Sheets for toys and products headed directly to the manufacturer. For more information about this service, contact your ASaP Client Assistant.
